How would i Rabbit proof a conifer hedge?

Hi,

i have 2 pet rabbits and wish to let them out for a run in my garden (under supervision). The garden is secure all the way round except for a conifer hedge one side. How can i secure this to stop them escaping? i was thinking log roll up to the lower branches of the conifers, but this is gonna be expensive.

Any ideas welcome,

Cheers in advance. How would i Rabbit proof a conifer hedge?
Looks horrible but wire netting buried up to a foot at least and curving into the garden to stop burrowing should suffice. But if the bunny is determined it'll find a way under that and through the root system to freedom. How would i Rabbit proof a conifer hedge?
Ordinary chain-link fencing. Erect the fence about 30 inches high along the length of the hedge, and a bit beyond so they cannot get round it. Bury the bottom of the fence about 18 inches, with another 6 inches buried facing towards you so the little blighters cannot tunnel under it. That should not be too expensive.
this is tryed and tested, chicken wire, stumps and ground pegs

i have had to block all bushes from my free running rabbit
u can put any fence (may it b wooden or made of steel)

but make it bigger than till d height rabbits jump

make it less dangerous coz when the rabbits jump at d fence they can easily get hurt
