Yes you shoudl always watch your rabbits while they are together. Always put the female in with the male never the male into the females cage because she will attack him because he is on her territory. You will know when she is bred becuse the male will fall off the side of her and squeel and walk around thumping his feet. It doent take long if she is in estrus. Maybe 5-10 minutes. otherwise it may take hours if they r in a bad mood. but still longest is bout 20 min tops. if u DO leave them 2 long they will get hurt. hav a timer n time 10 min n come back 2 c wats happening WEAR gloves wen handling abuse!!
