If the poop is runny then yes you should.
If it is a outside rabbit then you should clean it once a week if needs doing.
Rabbit can get maggots and it kills your rabbit.
Sometimes the rabbit does it itself but just keep a eye out on your rabbit and see if it needs doing if not leave it but... keep checking just to be on the save side.

No cleaning needed. If poos are runny they likely need more roughage. Give them timothy hay as bedding and the can munch it when ever they want to chew something or actually eat it. Also if on rabbit pellets and some small treats ti should have normal poo.
check what you are feeding it and are you giving it treats
you may need to change it's diet
